How can we offer this?
The reason we are able to do this is because hotels and resorts rarely experience full occupancy. So what they do is contract with promotional companies, like us, to give these rooms out at deep discounts to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. When hotels and resorts have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it’s a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you’ll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds brand loyalty and increased repeat and referral business for the participating properties.
What type of hotel accommodations will I receive on this offer?
You will receive standard hotel accommodations.
Do I get to pick the hotels?
No, but you do get to pick the travel dates and destinations. Remember, the hotels make their money on re-bookings. This is why we always place customers with the best possible hotel accommodations available in the cities of your choice of available cities.
Can I redeem the same vacation certificate number more than once?
No, each certificate number can only be redeemed one time.
Can I take children on the vacation?
Yes, for additional fees per child. The fees are $25 per person per night for each child up to 2 children under the age of 18. You will have the ability to add travelers on the reservation request form.
Can we go with another couple?
These vacation certificates are not good for group travel. Two couples could each individually redeem vacation certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would receive the same dates and destinations.
Can I cancel?
The fee you pay to redeem this certificate is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless if you use the promotional offer or not. Since the reservation form does not have to be used by the person who redeemed it. If you do not want to take advantage of the offer yourself you could pass the reservation request form along to a friend or family member to take advantage of it since you already paid for it. When it comes to reservations, circumstances sometimes change and if at any time prior to booking your accommodations you have a need to cancel, simply request it in writing, you will be refunded any fees you paid minus your reservation guarantee deposit. Once we purchase accommodations for you and you need to cancel, any deposits or fees you paid for the room would be forfeited by you and are non-refundable per the terms and conditions.
Can I use this offer for a Special Occasion, like my wedding?
Our offers are not intended for spontaneous travel or special occasions. Since you are required to give the travel agency multiple dates and destination requests, we do not suggest that you use this for a special date committed engagement. It is helpful if you are aware that you will need to be flexible to give you the best possible experience.
Is your company affiliated with the company that gave me this certificate?
No. We are not affiliated with the company or person you received your promotional certificate from. It is true we did sell them our products, which can only be fulfilled, based on the terms outlined on your certificate. We have no way of knowing their marketing practices; we are only a third party vendor. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you are concerned you were told something different than what is outlined in the terms and conditions you may have received the wrong certificate and you need to go back to the company or person you received it from for clarification before you redeem your certificate.

Terms and Conditions
1) Register the certificate by filling it out and mailing the form on the reverse side within 30 days of the stamped issue date. Enclose a check or money order for $29.95 to cover the cost of all room taxes. This is your only cost for two adults. Any/all changes/cancellations made to your reservation, for any reason, is subject to a $25 fee.
2) The reservation request form MUST be received in our office at least 60 days PRIOR to your fist choice arrival date and you must provide an alternate date that is at least 45 days after your first choice date. Blackout dates on the promotion are 7 days before, and 7 days after a national holiday. Forms will not be processed with only 1 arrival date. Myrtle Beach and Anaheim areas are not available from June 1st through August 31st.
3) Arrival days are Mon, Tue or Wed. You and your guest must be at least 21 years of age. If traveling with additional adults/children, additional fees are $25 per night per additional adult/child (regardless of age) and MUST be paid at the time you submit your arrival dates. Maximum number of people allowed in one room is 4.
4) Customers who wish to add extra nights to their reservations may do so after you have received written confirmation in the mail confirming your requested arrival date. You may then call the office and add additional nights.
5) Certificate expires one year from the stamped issue date. Travel must be completed prior to expiration date. Refunds will not be issued if dates are not submitted in a timely manner. Once you have been confirmed for your selected dates, no refunds will be issued.
There are very few conditions to receive the promotional offer, however the few conditions there are must be strictly enforced in order to honor our contracts with our participating hotels.
Everyone that follows the terms and conditions by submitting 2 valid dates and confirming their dates 28 – 35 days before their arrival, will receive their hotel stay on this promotional offer. GUARANTEED! Only one promotional offer may be used per year per family.
